WTF?! Lauryn Hill kept fans at her D.C. concert waiting for THREE hours before she came out on stage! And that’s not the worst of it! The reason she took so long is because she was waiting for her manicure/pedicure to dry! Her rep spewed some bullshit: “She’s sorry she kept her fans waiting, but couldn’t go out there looking busted!” It’s amazing that any of her fans stuck around that long!
