YIKES!!
Even with Alexander Skarsgard, Battleship blew… itself to pieces!
With execs hoping for $35-40 million, the action movie only caught $9.1 million Friday… meaning an estimated $25 mil weekend!! That’s lower than John Carter… oOouch!!
Now, the international profits do read $220 million but with domestic numbers that bad, it’s gonna be REALLY hard to swim their way to profitable shores! We mean, the film cost $209 mil to make and that doesn’t even include the extravagant marketing.
Guess board game movies aren’t always smart!

Are they bestiez again or just pAArty pals??
Paris Hilton were livin’ it up at a ragin’ Hollywood Hills party last night. They were having so much fun, neighbors finally had to call the cops for all the noise!!
So of course, in roll the police and out comes Lindsay, who we hear hid underneath a towel to make her early bird exit!! Sun too bright??
Paris only needed her fabulously huge sunglasses, though. She and Brandon Davis, who once called LiLo a “firecr****,” left together and went about their wealthy ways.
Parting is such sweet sorrow… or just a really bad stomach ache, one of the two!

Well that’s one way to say thanks for an awesome baby-making scene!!
During the filming of What To Expect When You’re Expecting, Anna Kendrick went to a very special strip club.
And while they were there, Chace thought it was time to really celebrate Anna’s birthday. So he buys her a stripper!! But it’s not just any ordinary stripper…
Anna explains :
We went to the Claremont Lounge, which is like an Atlanta institution. It’s sort of hilarious: they have, like, 60-year-old women who are strippers. And that’s awesome. This woman dressed as Little Bo Peep came up to me and said, ‘This guy just bought you a lap dance because it’s your birthday!’ And I didn’t really know how to respectfully say, ‘No thank you, madam, I’m fine,’ I felt like I might hurt her feeling, so I got a lap dance from a 60-year-old woman!”
LOL!!!!! OMG WE CAN’T EVEN IMAGINE!!!
But Anna is such a champ, we know she made that woman’s night, ha!!!
Hey Chace, any time you wanna send us a (non-female, non-60-year-old) stripper, feel free!

U2 rocker Bono has shut down rumors he is set to become one of the richest rockers in the world after Facebook.com’s flotation on the stock exchange.
The social networking site became one of the stock market’s largest ever flotations, with the site eventually being valued at $105 billion, more than McDonalds and Amazon.com, when trading closed on Friday.
Bono was rumored to overtake Sir Paul McCartney in the money stakes thanks to his 2.3 per cent stake in the site which his investment group snapped up for $90 million in 2009.
It was believed the deal would net him around $1.5 billion, outstripping McCartney’s reported fortune of $1 billion, but the superstar insists the Beatles legend is still the richest man in music.
He tells MSNBC, “Contrary to reports, I’m not a billionaire or going to be richer than any Beatle – and not just in the sense of money, by the way, the Beatles are untouchable – those billionaire reports are a joke.”

The wife of Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines star Nick Stahl has gone public with her concerns about the missing actor.
The star disappeared over a week ago and Rose Murphy Stahl filed a missing persons report on Monday, sparking a police search for the troubled actor.
So far, the authorities have no leads as to Stahl’s whereabouts – but one unnamed pal told Eonline.com that he had no concerns about his famous friend’s welfare, because he often takes off for days at a time.
But Murphy Stahl says, “Everyone is extremely worried about him. He has never disappeared for more than a day before. This time he has been gone for 10 days and we are extremely concerned about his well-being.”
And she tells E! News, “I want my husband to come home. He is an amazing father and we miss him.”
Rose filed custody papers in February to ensure that her estranged husband had only supervised visits with their two-year-old daughter, Marlo, and insisted he submit to drug tests.
However, she claims Stahl is on his way to recovery after years of drug abuse: “He wants to be well. He’s a good man and we want him home so we can help him.
“It’s extremely concerning that no one anywhere has seen him. I am begging everyone to keep a look out for him. His family needs him. Please help bring him home.”

Boy George has confirmed the Culture Club reunion tour will take place once he is allowed back in the US following his 2005 drugs arrest.
The 80s band planned to reunite and hit the road last year to mark the Karma Chameleon hitmakers’ 30th anniversary, but the trek never materialised.
Now frontman Boy George insists the group wants to kick off the jaunt in America, but he will only be able to work Stateside when authorities allow him back into the country. He was famously arrested in New York in 2005 when police discovered cocaine in his apartment after he falsely reported a burglary. He was sentenced to five days community service and fined.
The singer tells Britain’s Daily Express, “(The reunion) is definitely going to happen, probably next year. We’ve written stuff and been in the studio. But we want to start in America and at the moment I’m not allowed in America so I’m waiting to get my visa.
“Our original producer Steve Levine is working with us. It’s gone full circle and we have all the original members which is really great.”

We’re down to two on American Idol. The final two. Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez.
One is a young white male who is easy on the eyes and plays the guitar. In other words: the same exact pedigree as the last four winners.
The other has a beautiful voice and hasn’t been afraid all year long of tacking such major artists as Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. She’s responsible for the single most memorable American Idol performance of the season.

Either would be a worthy champion. Only one will wear the crown next Thursday night.
Who do you want it to be?
