Tony Romo and Candice Crawford Welcome Son!

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and wife Candice Crawford welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Hawkins Crawford Romo, on Monday.
“Hawkins Crawford Romo is now a part of the Dallas Cowboys family,” a rep for the Cowboys said in a statement, confirming the new team member.
“He came into this world on 4/9/12 at 5:30 p.m., 8 lbs. and 8 oz. All is well with mom.”
The Cowboys quarterback, 31, and Candice Crawford, 25, were married in May 2011 and announced the pregnancy in October of last year.
Candice, a Dallas native, is a former beauty queen (Miss Missouri USA winner no less) and works as a sportscaster in the area, where she met Romo.
Her elder brother is Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, who said earlier this year that he planned to be “the best uncle” to their baby boy.
Congratulations to the whole family!
Justin Bieber And Usher Heat Things Up In The Studio!

Sounds like the Usher are going to be creating beautiful music together!!
Justin Bieber confirmed yesterday that he will be collaborating with his mentor Usher on two tracks which will be featured on both his AND Usher’s albums, both due out later this year!
Bieber tweeted:
“Now headed to a COVER SHOOT with big bro @UsherRaymondIV – we got duets on both of our albums coming”
Usher, whose album Looking For Myself drops June 12, also tweeted, saying:
“Proud of @justinbieber for his new single #BOYFRIEND – the biggest selling worldwide single first week EVER!
Ohh (sic)..and trust we got a duet coming for “LOOKING 4 MYSELF” and “BELIEVE” he has come a long way. Proud to see his evolution as an artist!”
We can’t wait to hear what Justin and Usher have been cooking up!!! Wonder which track will be released first??

Attorneys For Trayvon Martin’s Shooter Withdraw!

A surprising turn of events in the Trayvon Martin shooting case…
Reportedly, the man who shot 17 year old Trayvon, George Zimmerman, has been missing in action for the past few days.
So much so, his attorneys have JUST announced during a press conference that they’ve decided NOT to represent him anymore!!!
Attorney Craig Sonner said:
“He has gone on his own. I’m not sure where he’s going or who he’s talking to.”
Phone calls and emails made by Sonner and attorney Hal Uhrig to Zimmerman have not been returned since Sunday.
Sonner, however, still stands by Zimmerman, saying:
“I still believe that he was acting in self-defense that night.”
Wow.
We just really hope Trayvon and his family can soon be brought the justice they deserve!!!

Pete Doherty: "When Amy Winehouse Died I Was Knee-Deep In Shit"

In a recent interview, Amy Winehouse‘s death.
We still remember the great sense of loss we felt when Winehouse passed away so we can only imagine how Doherty, who was really close to the talented but troubled singer, felt.
Doherty describes the day he learned of Amy’s passing, saying:
“When Amy died I was sat in a matchbox room in Camden Town, not able to leave, basically wallowing in my own filth. Literally knee-deep in shit. Literally not able to move. I couldn’t speak, I couldn’t see anyone, I couldn’t pick up the guitar and when I did pick up the guitar it was woeful ballads about how Amy wouldn’t be coming round tonight. It wasn’t a very inspiring time.”
Doherty was banned from Winehouse’s funeral. Amy’s father, Mitch Winehouse, did not want him to attend.
Doherty explains:
“I think she would have wanted me at her funeral. It’s a personal feeling of grief I’ve never had the chance to see through. I’m made to feel that I’m not her friend, which I was. She came to the Libertines’ gig at the forum. We came back to the hotel and she stayed all night. At one point it was me, her and Carl having a little sing-song.”
Winehouse’s father had thought Doherty was a bad influence on his daughter. He was probably right.
Doherty recalls:
“I remember one time she was due to play at the Apollo in Hammersmith, ‘I saw you and Babyshambles play last week. I’ll show you a real gig, come to my hotel room.’ Her dad turned up at the hotel and told me ‘You’ve got to go’.”
We’re glad Doherty is talking about his pain and hopefully letting some of it go. It’s what Amy would’ve wanted, Pete!

Emma Watson Spends Some Time Behind Bars!

Okay, we know that’s pretty hard to believe!
Yesterday, the Harry Potter star was seen in Lynwood, CA…right outside the women’s detention facility!!!
Now, before you start thinking she’s turned into the next flick about the teens who burglarized celeb homes a few years ago!
The pic (above) shows Emma with costars Leslie Mann, who plays her mom along with American Horror Story‘s Taissa Farmiga and Maika Monroe, who play her sisters.
The movie is slated for a 2013 release and we gotta admit, we’re getting more and more intrigued the more shots we see!!

Chaz Bono Gets GLAAD High Honor!

Yay! Congrats, Chaz!
The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) is awarding Chaz Bono the Stephen F. Kolzak Award which recognizes an openly gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender media professional who has made a difference in promoting equality.
GLAAD president Mike Thompson said about the decision:
“Chaz has opened the door for countless others, reshaping the way Americans think about transgender people today. His bold leadership in sharing his story as a transgender man, as well as his tireless work to secure equality for every American, embodies the values of GLAAD’s Stephen F. Kolzak Award.”
Chaz has always been very frank about being transgender – it was the focus of his reality show Being Chaz, and he is the only transgender contestant to ever be on Dancing With The Stars.
Inspiring…times, they are a changing’!

Titanic Tribute Ship Doomed Too!?!

Uh Oh…
The cruise ship known as the MC Balmoral is currently on its Titanic tribute voyage, reenacting many of the traits from the doomed luxury liner’s maiden trip.
But passengers dressed in 1912 apparel better hold on tight! Because trouble has already started for the Balmoral.
Rough seas and strong winds reaching 45 mph have kept the boat at an Irish bay, where it docked to picked up some of its remaining honorers.
Trying to reach the site of Titanic’s sinking by 2:20am on April 15 may be a bit tricky now… but we have our fingers crossed!
We just hope there won’t be any late-night lovebirds making a scene on deck and keeping the lookout preoccupied!
