Lohan’s Legal Team Want Tanning Lawsuit Dismissed

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyers have appealed to a Florida judge to dismiss a lawsuit accusing the actress of stealing the formula for her tanning spray Sevin Nyne, insisting she has “no involvement” in the making of the bronzer.

The Mean Girls star launched Sevin Nyne last year after reportedly spending three years developing the product alongside entrepreneur Lorit Simon for the chemist’s company Lorit.
Simon and Lohan were hit with a breach of contract suit in July 2009 by Florida-based executives at White Wave International Labs, who claimed the pair copied their formula for the spray tan after one of its chemists showed them samples of their creations months before.
Now Lohan is trying to distance herself from Simon and the Lorit firm, claiming she was just the face of the brand.
In new court documents obtained by TMZ.com, Lohan states: “Although I have been a spokesperson for Lorit, LLC, and its Sevin Nyne product, I had no involvement in where or how the Sevin Nyne product is marketed and sold or in the marketing strategy for the product.”
Lohan’s lawyers want the case dismissed because the Florida court has no jurisdiction over the star, who lives primarily in Los Angeles.
She adds, “Although I occasionally visit Florida for pleasure, I have never had any acting jobs in Florida… “
Paparazzi Force Osbourne To Move Out

Kelly Osbourne has been forced out of her Los Angeles home by the paparazzi.

The singer-turned-reality TV star felt like a prisoner in her own house with photographers camped outside, hoping to snag the latest picture of the slimmed-down star – and she recently moved out.
She says, “A lot of people have been trying to take pictures of me in my house… and they broke my gate and my parents don’t feel safe now that I live alone.”
Osbourne is now living in her parents’ Los Angeles pad and she reveals she won’t be moving back home: “I’ve been staying in the apartment until I get a place in a secure building.”
She recently took to Twitter.com to complain about the paparazzi. She wrote, “Really really over paps sitting outside my house! I need to move. I have no privacy they are crossing way too many lines!”

Oh hell no! Somebody doesn’t want to play by the rules!
The National Organization for Marriage, a group that publicly opposes same-sex marriage, is suing the Rhode Island Board of Elections for not allowing them to do whatever the hell they want.
The group is interested in running some campaign ads during the upcoming governor’s race. While they won’t admit who they are for or against (not that we really need to be told), they do want to ensure they won’t have to comply with the state’s campaign finance laws. They feel that they should not be “forced to report its expenditures or comply with spending limits or bans that are required for political action committees.” NOM doesn’t consider itself a PAC, as it isn’t controlled by a political candidate, so why should they have to seal with such “burdensome” rules that hinders their free speech.
Um, maybe because what you have to say SUCKS?!
What makes you think you’re so effing COOL that you should get all this special treatment? We could only imagine what it is you want to run in these ads that you want everything kept so hush-hush!
This is complete bullshiz! Stop trying to get in the way of giving equal rights to all!

The performance took place at a VIP-Only Karaoke Party at Fantastic Fest, which was ironically run by the sophisticated company Criterion, who are famous for releasing jam-packed DVDs and Blu-Rays of cinematic masterpieces, including Francois Truffaut’s The 400 Blows and Michael Bay’s Armageddon.
The performance gets PRETTY out of hand by the end. Watch all the way through IF YOU DARE!

Did you ever see George W. Bush rock out the Rolling Stones cover?! NO!
Bet if he had a killer iPod like President Barack Obama though, they would have considered it!
Stones magazine got a sit down with the Prez and asked what kind of music “speaks to him”? Our leader listed off some goodies, evertything from classical to Bob Dylan! He explained:
My iPod now has about 2,000 songs, and it is a source of great pleasure to me. I am probably still more heavily weighted toward the music of my childhood than I am the new stuff. There’s still a lot of Stevie Wonder, a lot of Bob Dylan, a lot of Rolling Stones, a lot of R&B, a lot of Miles Davis and John Coltrane. Those are the old standards.
A lot of classical music. I’m not a big opera buff in terms of going to opera, but there are days where Maria Callas is exactly what I need.
Thanks to Reggie [Love, the president's personal aide], my rap palate has greatly improved. Jay-Z used to be sort of what predominated, but now I’ve got a little Nas and a little Lil’ Wayne and some other stuff, but I would not claim to be an expert. Malia and Sasha are now getting old enough to where they start hipping me to things. Music is still a great source of joy and occasional solace in the midst of what can be some difficult days.
Did you ever meet a world leader who just so “hipping”?! Ha!

According to sources, K-Stew thinks that Emma Watson is trying to steal R-Patz away from her.
Emma and R-Patz are rumored to be staring along side each other in the new film Dark Arc.
K-Stew sees this as a threat.
“Like all girls, Kristen can be very jealous and possessive, and in her mind Emma poses a threat,” said a source. “Rob has commented before on how cute he thinks Emma is and Kristen worries that he would have more in common with her because she’s British.”
Or maybe R-Patz has more in common with Emma because she’s not a douche!
To make things even worse for K-Stew, Emma recently called Twilight out for “selling sex.”
