A man has been charged with stalking actress Mila Kunis.
Stuart Lynn Dunn was arrested in Los Angeles earlier this month after following the Black Swan star to her gym three days in a row.
Kunis called the police on the third day after Dunn allegedly confronted her in the parking lot as she left the building.
According to TMZ.com, the 27 year old was previously ordered to stay away from Kunis for three years after breaking into her vacant home in January and inhabiting the property.
He now faces four years behind bars if convicted on two counts of felony stalking.

Reunited rockers Van Halen have stunned fans by scrapping 30 dates on their summer tour without explanation.
The band has pulled the plug on all shows scheduled after a gig in New Orleans, Louisiana on 26 June, including stops in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Detroit, Michigan; Cleveland, Ohio; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Promoters have announced the cancellations to local media outlets, but the Hot for Teacher hitmakers have yet to offer full details or any plans to reschedule the shows.
Reports suggest the bandmates aren’t getting along, with one insider telling RollingStone.com Eddie Van Halen, his son Wolfgang and brother Alex and singer David Lee Roth “hate each other,” adding, “The band is arguing like mad. They are fighting.”
Reports of poor ticket sales have been dismissed by local promoters who insist the shows are selling well with many completely sold out or almost sold out.
Saturday’s show in Minneapolis is a near-sell out and will go ahead as scheduled.

strategic leaks of records in the case intended to benefit defendant George Zimmerman.
Attorney Benjamin Crump said on Wednesday he wants “full transparency” in the case, and called for all the police files on the subject to be released.
After several news outlets were given access to a sealed medical examiner’s report on Martin and a police report on Zimmerman, Crump was incensed.

“It was leaked for a beneficial purpose, certainly to help George Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense,” he said. “This report needs to be vetted with a keen eye.”
“Look at this in the full context. George Zimmerman made the decision to get out of his car, profile Trayvon Martin, pursue Trayvon Martin and confront him.”
According to NBC News, the autopsy on the slain 17-year-old says that Martin was killed by a single “penetrating gunshot wound to the chest” Feb. 26.
Meanwhile, medical records leaked to ABC News showed Zimmerman likely suffered a broken nose, black eyes and was bleeding from the back of head.
His lawyer, Mark O’Mara, said he may seek a dismissal of the second-degree murder charge against his client under Florida’s “stand your ground” law.
Zimmerman pleaded not guilty last week and is free on bond.

an inappropriate relationship with her father, but she is following in the Hulker’s footsteps. His wrestling boot-strapped footsteps, we should say.

Sources confirm to TMZ that the former reality star/failed singer has signed a contract with TNA Wrestling – but she actually won’t enter the squared circle.
Instead, oddly enough, Hogan will work new female wrestlers in the company, helping them develop characters, cut promos and enter with the right music. What qualifies Brooke for this position? Her last name. That’s pretty much it.
“Brooke is such a great talent who’s really sharp and will make a great addition to the TNA family,” says TNA President Dixie Carter and, hey, it’s not like the relationship could be any worse than the one Hogan has with her own family.

I love you guys so much because you have the courage to have a dream.
That’s what Steven Tyler told the remaining three American Idol contestants tonight. Alas, for one of Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez and Joshua Ledet, the dream is now over. So… following a painful Ice Age 3 tie-in and a performance by Adam Lambert, who got voted out of season 11?

JOSHUA LEDET!
The talented crooner takes it very well and even brings his mom on stage as he sings farewell via “Man’s Man’s Man’s World.”
This leaves Jessica Sanchez, likely the best voice of the season, and Phillip Phillips, the obligatory cute-white-guy-with-a-guitar-who-wins-every-season, to square off on next week’s finale.
Do you think Ledet deserved to be voted off?
Who will win American Idol?
