Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson: Getting Their Own Place, Vacationing in Mexico!

After a controversial courtship, brief breakup and dubious reconciliation, The Bachelor stars Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson are still giving it a go.
The California winemaker, 29, and the model, 28, are moving in together at the San Francisco pad Flajnik shares with two pals, according to Us Weekly.
They’re in the process of looking for their own place now, but before they find that nest, the pair went on a sexy vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
During their five-day break, Courtney Robertson has been showing off her famous figure in a tiny bikini, her shaggy man dutifully by her side at the pool.
Although Robertson has dealt with public disdain for her very, very bad behavior on The Bachelor, “she wants to save this relationship,” a source tells Us.
Prior to the trip, an onlooker at San Francisco’s Park Tavern observed the engaged pair looking “very snuggly… Ben had his arm around her the entire time.”
Robertson is still wearing her 3-carat Neil Lane ring from Chris Harrison Ben, FYI. If they’re going to crash and burn, they’re giving it their best shot first.

Katy Perry Promotes "Part of Me" 3D Concert Film

The lovely Ms. Katy Perry will soon be making the jump from pop superstar to queen of 3D with her upcoming concert movie, Katy Perry: Part of Me.
The voluptuous, Grammy-winning artist is offering fans the chance to walk the red carpet with her when the film premieres this summer, to boot.

Among the millions of people who watched The Hunger Games this weekend were an abundance of celebrities, many of whom Tweeted strong praise and endless affection for the Jennifer Lawrence-led film. Among some of our favorite responses:

Lindsay Lohan Off the Hook in Hit-and-Run Case?

The L.A. County Probation Department has written a report for Lindsay Lohan’s last court appearance Thursday, making it likely this will indeed be the last.
Her probation officer has recommend that Lindsay’s probation NOT be violated based on the allegation that she committed hit-and-run earlier this month.
The report makes mention of the allegation by Thaer Kamal, the manager of the Hookah Lounge who claims Lindsay struck him and his car, and then fled.
LL’s officer discounts the claim and gives the allegations zero credence, despite the fact that police are looking into it, saying no charges have been filed.
Hopefully, Lindsay’s last trip to jail was in this SNL skit.
The probation report for the troubled actress reads in part, “The probationer (Lindsay) is in compliance with the terms and conditions of probation.”
If she is in compliance Thursday, her probation in her DUI case will end, and she’ll be downgraded to informal probation in the jewelry heist case.
In other words, she won’t have to appear in court anymore. Well, unless she gets arrested for something wholly unrelated, that is. Not impossible.
Anyway, it appears that despite Kamal’s claim that a surveillance video shows the hit-and-run, his bid to shake down Lohan will likely fall short.
Good. We’re all for ridiculing Lohan for having no respect for the law and being a Grade A screw-up, but only if she deserves it. Extortion is bogus, man.
Snooki and JWoww: Fake Parents of the Year

Snooki will be a great mom.
We’re not as confident, but she’s at least practicing.
Inspired by the producers of their spinoff series maternal instincts, Snook and BFF JWoww have been seen out and about with plastic infant training dolls.
The pregnant Jersey Shore star has been carrying around the fake kid for days now and it hasn’t OD’d or been dropped on its head, so, that’s something.
No idea when the baby is due, but we’re guessing August or September … not 12/21/12, which would have made the Mayan apocalypse prediction eerily accurate.

Miley Cyrus Shoots Down Engagement Talk

“I’m not engaged,” Cyrus Tweeted this morning. “I’ve worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to talk about! It’s a topaz people!”
That does pretty much end the speculation, huh? Miley and Liam have been dating now for two years, however, and anonymous source do claim the pair talks about marriage someday. It will be interesting to see if the latter’s new, sky-rocketing, Hunger Games-based fame has any impact on the relationship.

Angelina Jolie on Maleficent Role: She’s a Great Person!

When Angelina Jolie signed on for the title role in Disney’s Maleficent, she did so relishing the idea of her kids seeing her as the Sleeping Beauty villain.
“It’s a really great script. I’m having a lot of fun. I’ve already got my horns fitted,” Jolie told Entertainment Weekly on Friday. “My kids are very happy.”
“It’s not anti-princess, but it’s the first time that they’re looking at this epic woman in a different way,” she says of the new take on the fairytale classic.
“You see a woman capable of being many things; just because she protects herself and is aggressive, it doesn’t mean she can’t have other warmer qualities,” the leg-thrusting actress adds. “You have to figure out the puzzle of what she is.”
Jolie says there are redeeming qualities to her character, despite her ruthlessness.
“It sounds really crazy to say that there will be something that’s good for young girls in this, because it sounds like you’re saying they should be a villain,” Jolie says.
“Maleficent is actually a great person. But she’s not perfect. She’s far from perfect.”
The actress has already begun working with the costume department to perfect her look for the film, which begins shooting in June.
“We’re experimenting with different things,” Jolie says. “But the horns are the horns – you can’t deny them. You have to have horns.”
Jenna Talackova, Transgender Beauty Pageant Contestant, Disqualified from Miss Universe Canada

Jenna Talackova – a 23-year old who was born a man, but who underwent gender reassignment surgery at the age of 19 – has been disqualified from Miss Universe Canada because, according to a statement from the organization, she does not “meet the requirements to compete, despite having stated otherwise on her entry form.”
Producers added that they do respect Talackova’s “goals, determination and wish her the best.”
“I am very disappointed with the decision taken by the Miss Universe … organizers,” Talackova said in a statement released today. “However, I will look to turn this situation into a positive so that other people in a similar situation are not discriminated against in the future.”
Denis Davila, the director of the event, says there are rules in place that make it clear one must be born a woman in order to compete. Jenna, he says, indicated on her original registration that she was female, only to later explain her unusual situation.
Reactions to the decision have been mixed with over 20,000 signatures on a change.org petition to reverse the pageant ruling.

Christina Cho Identified as Kim Kardashian Flour Bomber

It seems likely that Kim Kardashian did not, for once, orchestrate her latest PR bonanza.
According to TMZ, the woman behind this idiot’s flour bombing late last week is Christina Cho, an infamous PETA activist known for disrupting events in order to get that organization’s message out. In 2010, for example, she grabbed a microphone from designer Donna Karan and condemned the use of fur in fashion.

Christina, whose sister is a top PETA official, won an award from the group two years ago for her efforts.
PETA, meanwhile, has denied any involvement in the flour bombing, although it’s been clear that it stands behind the culprit.
Kardashian said over the weekend that she will press charges against Cho, while PETA responded that the ex-sex tape star should get a life.
Bobby Brown Arrested on Suspicion of DUI

Bobby Brown is in trouble with the law once again.
The singer was arrested this afternoon in Reseda, California on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ confirms, as police pulled the artist over around 12:20 p.m. local time while he was chatting on a cell phone.
Brown was then booked and placed in a Van Nuys jail. Friends are reportedly on the way to bail him out as we type.
Whitney Houston’s ex, who has not been making positive headlines since his former wife passed away, was also arrested in 1996 on drunk driving charges, eventually serving eight days in jail.
In November 2002, meanwhile, he was arrested in Atlanta (mug shots above) and charged with possession of marijuana, speeding and driving without a license or proof of insurance.
